General life update for the askbox ig, got broken up with a week ago, but on the bright side my sister's partner felt bad for me and drew me some butterfly and moth doodles so that was pretty sick and I got a 33 on the ACT (highest possible score is a 36) which made me really excited, so far spring where I live has been pretty funky and can't decide whether it wants to be nice or snow, also saw a pretty butterfly the other day but haven't seen a moth yet this year, so yeah that's how I've been lol :), now I'm gonna go not send another ask for a couple of months cause nowadays I just use the gc bcuz it is much much easier, love u!!!!!! Bye!!-Moth anon
Oh my god funky little anon messages from my friend smiles!! Yes yes oh my god hi ^-^

Zukos and his s/o(?) dynamic is soo amazing in like a moth to the flame to the point that it makes me want to cry about how amazing he is. Does it look bad if i say that insecure/vulnerable characters make me go đŸ€’đŸ„Ž? He is the personification of good boy and service top that everyone that wants one deserve. I felt kind of a consent kink on his part too and I'm Here for it ughh. That feeling os just wanting to be ravished by him is very real and please zuko just give in to that 😭
Anonymous asked: To make it a shorter, like a moth to the flame is the best best bestest zuko fic I have ever read and I always come back to read it again and it always feels like I'm reading it for the first time. Anddd is it okay to say that I imagine his s/o just giving him the best suck of his life being so vocal and making lots of noises and he gets all blushy? And just.... kind of uses him to feel good and he feeds on that? đŸ˜ȘđŸ˜Ș I'm so grateful for you for writing that fic 😭
Oh my god first of all, I am so sorry this has been sitting in my inbox for at least a month, I'm so sorry anon fksadjfdhsf I'm primarily on mobile (i know....) and sometimes I miss things
First thing, ASLFKJSDDF THANK YOU SO MUCH, I DON'T DESERVE SUCH HIGH PRAISE BUT AHHHHHH???? THANK YOU FLKSDFASD I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY ;;;;; I don't remember exactly how much of that portrayal was deliberate, but that's kind of the personality I've been associating with him for like, literally a decade, honestly. It gives me the warm fuzzies to know you like it that much ;;;;; I def think consent and other people's needs are something very important to him, though. He's been through a lot and processed a lot of his own shit to get where he is now (in the comics) and aside from thirst, he's one of my favorite characters in existence because he's SO well-developed in his source material. Being caring is in his nature, but the cruelty he was surrounded by broke him at one point, and god dammit, Iroh did such a tremendous job helping build him back up. Ugh, I love Zuko.....
Second of all, you absolutely annihilated me in that second half oh man. You do not at all need my permission to do that, and not to give too much away but uhhhh....let's just say that if I can get out of this goddamn slump, there is definitely some oral in the cards for Zuko, as well as for Reader-chan uwu. There is also a boatload of angst I have planned so consider yourself warned.

Chapter 5
I don’t really have an introduction for this, but I really like how this chapter ends :D
It's dark...
I blink my eyes and realize that there is light, but it's blocked out, like the sun blocked by the moon during an eclipse. The darkness is cold, and empty, just like the growing void inside me.
The sun... I need it... I need him...
Squinting my eyes, I finally see what's blocking the sun: It's a human silhouette, facing away towards the light. Their body is amorphous, hidden by a flowing robe and their shoulders garnished with a thick, furry trim. The sight sends a chill through my body, stoking the flames of the most dangerous thing I could possess right now:
hope.
"...Julius?"
Despite the fact that this silent, still person does not turn around at the sound of my voice, I move. I move like a moth drawn to flames, like a magnet drawn to it's opposite. For the first time in days, the fire of hope in my belly bursts to life at the mere chance of being reunited with him... the north to my south, the sun to my moon, the day to my night-
There's nothing more that I want than to see him again. To feel... whole again.
"Julius!"
I grab his shoulder, but I'm not prepared for what I see when he turns around. Because- well- it's not him. It's...
"...me?"
Her face is just barely tinted by the dying light behind her. She looks sad... no, that's not it, is it? There's a weight in her eyes that hits me harder than I thought it would, a weight of things that I have not yet lived to see. There's guilt, confusion, grief, frustration...
Despite the look in her eyes, she's smiling. I'm smiling. The dissonance contained in her expression shocks me to my core, and I stumble back.
This... this is...
The image is immediately dashed from my mind as a door creaks and I jump slightly in my chair. Yikes! I really just dozed off... I blink my eyes a few times to banish the groggy feeling within them, and see that no one has returned to the meeting room yet. I just saw William outside, so he must be avoiding me for a little while, so who-
"What did you tell him?"
I quickly turn to my right to see Nozel standing there, staring down at me. The look in his eyes isn't his usual, cold stare... it's something almost worse. As soon as my eyes land on him, I feel it; the horrible, oppressive pressure that permeates the air around him, his mana and emotions mixing into something terrifying. Even I'm caught off guard by it this time, and it takes everything I have to keep a straight face and not slip down to hide under the table.
He's mad. Really fucking mad. And for the first time, it's truly directed at me.
"...tell who?"
Despite the whirlwind of cold emotion around him, Nozel's rage is only betrayed by a slight twitch of his face. "You know who. Now-" He sucks in a break through his nose. "Care to explain why Fuegoleon just came and told me he's voting for you?"
Oh shit...
"Huh? He is?" I feign ignorance and bat my eyelashes a few times innocently. "Well, I can't blame him-"
"Enough! What did you say to him?!" For the first time, Nozel actually raises his voice. I almost wince, and my hands grip the sides of my chair a little tighter. Jeez, I didn't mean for him to find out until the actual vote. I knew he might get angry about it, but right now- "This is why you called the recess, right? You wanted a chance to get him alone and- and-"
Finally, I decide to respond. "What exactly do you think I did to him, Nozel?" I ask, fighting to keep my voice from wavering. Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, and it doesn't seem to be ending anytime soon. "He was the one who asked me why I wanted to be Wizard King... all I did was answer his question, and I guess it was enough to change his mind." An extreme simplification of our conversation, but true nonetheless.
Nozel stares at me suspiciously, his jaw visibly tightening for just a moment. "...I can't tell if you're lying or not. I've never been able to." He finally closes his eyes, letting out a frustrated sigh. "I can't believe this, though... just a few words, and you swayed him? Fuegoleon?"
"What? You don't believe me? Why didn't you just ask him?" I can't help but let my mouth twitch into a momentary smile.
"I did." Nozel averts his eyes from my face at the brief expression. "But he wouldn't tell me. Maybe he was-"
"Ashamed?" I let out a breath of laughter. "Do you really think I seduced him, Nozel? Fuegoleon's like a stone wall sometimes... he's not nearly as in touch with his romantic side, like..."
My words unexpectedly drop off at the realization of what I was about to say.
... don't think about it...
"That wasn't my plan." I clear my throat to continue. "I'm not the type to seduce someone... you know that, don't you, Nozel?"
"...I do."
His aura fades just a little bit. It slips.
We're both thinking of it now. The trial. Where my honor and title was stripped away, all because of a false accusation and an unjust world. It's my biggest regret, something that took years to crawl back from. But finally, here I am, with my title back, and the crown within my grasp. Nozel was there, at my trial... and when it mattered most, he defended me.
"Back then... you said I earned your respect, because I earned Fuegoleon's respect. You defended me when the whole world was ready to strike me down."
His brow furrows beneath his braid at the memory. "...I remember." His expression softens incrementally until he almost looks sad. "I did say that... but-"
"Then you know what you have to do today, right?"
Because, in the end, Nozel's reason for becoming Wizard King isn't to "become Wizard King." His reason was Fuegoleon. To fight, to compete, to find fulfillment in the ending, whatever it might be...
But now, the foundation is gone. Fuegoleon gave up.
So...
"Nozel."
He finally looks up to see me on my feet, my eyes staring resolutely into his.
"I'm the one who stood closest to Julius, so I'll be the one to take his place today."
He's slipping... further and further...
His cold aura is all but gone.
"Give up on your dream, and pledge yourself to me.
Nozel doesn't give me an answer. His eyes linger on mine for just a moment longer, the chill from his anger melting away. After that long, lingering look, he turns away, his robe sweeping around, and disappears through the door to leave me alone once again.
"Fuegoleon?"
As expected, my name leaves his lips. There's an audible yet soft gasp from some of the other captains, all turning to stare at him, stunned.
"L-Lord Fuegoleon-" Kaiser stutters, his voice weakened. "You can't possibly-"
"I've made my choice!" Fuegoleon doesn't dare look up from the surface of the table before him, almost looking like he's in pain. I can't even offer him a comforting smile; he won't look into my eyes. "Move on."
...I'm sorry. It hurts, I know... but I promise-
My hand forms a fist where it rests on my knee.
I won't let any of you down!
The muttering finally stops, and Marx takes a deep breath before marking down the vote and moving on. "...Nozel?"
He doesn't answer right away. Not even close to right away. He just... sits there, and thinks, staring blankly at the table.
Nobody dares to move. Nobody dares to breathe as the Eagle finally reaches the end of his thoughts.
"...I... I will trust you..."
Nozel's words barely pass his lips, and for a moment, I no longer see the royal, proud man that stood before me for years and years.
At long last... Nozel... I've defeated you.
"I'll trust you with our future." His eyes move, just a little, to glance at me one last time. "You have my vote."
The others don't react this time, as the full weight of this action sinks in slowly but surely.
And then...
"Yami."
"Voting for Forehead girl. Again."
"Please! Proper names!!!" Marx sighs and writes down the selection, his hands shaking slightly as he does so. I glance up at him and offer him a little smile, which he thankfully reciprocates, and the strength returns to his voice as he speaks again. "Dorothy?"
Dorothy shakes her head for just a second, but then smiles brightly. "Well, my candidate just jumped ship, I better do so as well!" She winks over at me. "You're a bit young to be Wizard King, don't you think?"
"Huh? I'm twenty-six!"
"OH! Nearly as old as I am..." Dorothy can't help but let out a giggle. "Fine then. You have my vote."
I grin back at her before Marx moves on. "Kaiser?"
"I haven't changed my mind... Fuegoleon." Kaiser crosses his arms, frowning at the table. Eek... he didn't get swayed, then... I have four votes now! My heart starts to beat more violently in my chest as I start to realize how close I am. That means... my last bet...
I turn to look at William as all eyes turn to him.
"...I'll vote for you as well."
Despite his being my fifth vote, officially putting me over the threshold Julius spelled out in his will, I can't feel any joy.
William...
I tricked him. I lied. I've already forgiven him, but I can't give it to him until I know I won't need to use it any more. Like today... because of him, my goal has been achieved.
I'm sorry.
And finally, even though there's no reason to, Marx moves through the rest of the votes. The only other person to vote for Fuegoleon is Rill, who I think is just confused and unsure of what to do, but all the others vote for me. "The final results..." Marx quickly tallies them up, then turns the paper for us all to see.
"Nozel: 0. Fuegoleon: 2. Which means..."
Seven votes. More than enough.
I don't expect there to be a happy reaction, but to my surprise, the captains all let out a collective sigh of relief. I blink, a little confused, then look at Fuegoleon when he says my name. He's smiling a little, even though he still looks a bit disappointed. "Well... I'm glad it's over. Thank you for organizing this... your majesty."
Your majesty.
The gravity of the situation finally registers, and I can't help but let my eyes widen as, one after another, the captains start talking, offering me comforting smiles, proud smiles, relieved smiles. Even Kaiser and Rill, the ones who still voted against me and look a bit sheepish, are smiling. "I'm sure you're going to be great... you're right, we all respect you a great deal," the older man tells me with a smile beneath his extravagant mustache. "You were one of the people Lord Julius picked, after all."
"I agree." Even Nozel looks... content. "He kept you by his side for a reason... you were the person who stood closest to him. Perhaps this is where you belong."
I feel my heart swell slightly at the praise, their smiles and words encouraging me further, the truth that this is real singing through it all.
I...
"I promise..."
I stand up, glancing at Marx one last time. He offers me an encouraging smile, spurring me on with confidence.
"I'll be the best you could ever ask for."
Here I am, a commoner, a foreigner, a girl who's journey far outstretches the length of her life, standing before them as their leader. These nine people, who I hold in the highest echelons of respect, have chosen me. Maybe they needed a push in the right direction, but in the end...
I stand here... in his shoes.
"Thank you... together, we will-"
Before I can finish my sentence, the door bursts open and two people run in. I instantly recognize them.
"What the Hell are you two doing here?!?" Yami roars, his seat scraping slightly as he jumps to his feet. "Noelle- Finral- can't you see we're in the middle of an important meeting?!"
Sure enough, Noelle and Finral from the Black Bulls both stand there, out of breath. Noelle's eyes dart around, widening slightly when she realizes that something important is going on. Her eyes linger on me, a flicker of understanding within them. She's one of the few people who know that Julius is dead, since she was there outside the Shadow Palace as the reincarnation curse was dispelled, so she might have realized why we were gathered here.
"I'm sorry, Captain! But it's an emergency!" Finral frantically explains. "You see- we were in town handing out food, and then someone from the Parliament came by and took Asta and Nero away for an interview! They haven't come back!"
Parliament!? That catches everyone's attentions, and Yami's eyes widen. There's been rumblings over the past few days about some sort of retaliation against the "perpetrators" of the whole catastrophe, even though the Devil is dead already. This would either be aimed against Asta or the possessed knights, the latter of which included myself, but I assumed I would have time to settle into my role as Wizard King before any action was taken. Apparently I assumed wrong.
"Damnatio's probably behind this," Fuegoleon speaks up. "He would be the one to enact such a plan so quickly... Asta and- Nero are probably being held in prison or at the Parliament Tower."
Yami grits his teeth before turning towards the door. "That's all I need to hear, I'm going!"
"Wait! You can't just rush in there without a plan!" I quickly sidestep to block his path.
"Watch me!"
"Yami!" I scold, giving him a little glare which actually makes him pause for a moment. "They want to use Asta as a scapegoat because of his possessed Grimoire, right?" It's a quick and easy way to shift the blame and put the whole affair behind us, but it could also be a valuable tool... at least something that could extend Asta's life, as well as unearth some valuable information. "Is your squad nearby?"
Yami glances at Finral and Noelle, who give him a nod. "Alright... can you cause a scene and stall for time at the tower?"
At my words, Yami can't help but smirk. "You know I can, Queenie. Come on, you too!"
I roll my eyes at the nickname, watching as he and the others run off to find the rest of their squad. "Right... then the rest of you are dismissed. Except you two-" I turn and point at Fuegoleon and Nozel.
"Hmm? Why us?" Nozel asks curiously.
"You two are royals... we had to hide Julius's death from Augustus for a few days, so he wouldn't start involving ourselves in our affairs. But now that our decision has been made, he's going to find out... in just a couple minutes, actually. I'm going to need both of you to back me up."
"...I see. Right." Fuegoleon gives me a nod, standing up from his chair with Nozel as the others start to leave.
"Marx, get me a pen and some paper. Also, I need to change into some new clothes... can you write something down for me?"
I leave my instructions with the three of them before running to the next room, an empty sitting room, and finally stripping off my dirty Royal Knights robes. I wrinkle my nose a bit, since the last few days were sweaty and dirty, the long hours rubbing off onto the fabric. I start to fold them up to leave somewhere, but my hand brushes up against something and I freeze.
It's a green stain, streaked over where my knee was. A grass stain. I remember how I got it; the night before the operation, the night before everything went wrong, Julius and I sparred one last time, and I ended up on top of him, both knees mashed into the grass. We kissed... and laughed...
I wipe away the tears before they even appear.
Don't think about it.
Robotically, I pull on the new clothes Marx fetched for me. Tights, flats, a black shirt with fringe at the wrists and neck. The dress he picked out is similar to my usual choice, but a lot more casual, secured by a sash much like a bathrobe. It's comfy... very comfy. I look good in it, too, when I reach the mirror and start to brush my hair into a presentable style. Saida, the elf... I'm glad she didn't throw these away. I let one of my fingertips brush against the gold clover earrings that I always keep in my ears. Julius gave them to me, years ago, as a Three-Leaf-Day present.
"Hello? Oh, you're ready."
I turn to see Marx walk in and close the door behind me before turning to assess my appearance. "That's better! Those robes were starting to get a little stinky."
"Don't use the word stinky, please!" I tease, letting him approach me. "Is everything ready?"
"Yeah... the other two are waiting for you outside. But... first..." Marx draws in a stiff breath, as if he's holding back tears. "This is your debut after all... so you should wear this."
He finally holds up what he was carrying. It's Julius's gold chain, and hanging from it are his two medallions. An item I saw him wear almost every single day, like it was an extension of his body, of who he was.
"A physical reminder of your new status... we'll have a formal coronation later, of course, but for now, this will have to do."
Slowly, I nod, ignoring the sudden swell of pure... feeling that just appeared inside me at the mere sight of the chain. I remember so clearly how it felt. Whenever he hugged me tight, and I buried my face into the white fur of his robe, I could feel the metal cold against my skin. And sometimes, when he was getting undressed for the night, he would take it and put in on me for fun. "Look at you, a little Wizard King~"
Look at me now, Julius... I guess this is appropriate. I'm glad to have another thing to remember you by.
Slowly, I bend over slightly, and Marx takes the cue. With one movement, he puts the chain around my neck and lets go, letting it hang down on my chest. I straighten up, a little surprised at how heavy it feels today.
This weight... the weight I've taken on my own back. Will I be able to carry it alone?
When I look back at Marx, my eyes widen a bit when I see he's crying, not even resisting the tears that streak down his cheeks.
"I-I'm sorry-" Marx reaches up to wipe his face. "I just... always thought this would be a happy day. The day Julius stepped down and let you take his place. I wanted it to happen like that... not like... l-like this-"
He's cut off as I grab him into a tight hug, holding my best friend as close as I can. Marx buries his face in my shoulder and lets out a sob, his hands balling up the fabric of the back of my dress.
"It's okay... Marx..."
I finally pull back to look him in the eye, and he looks a bit shocked that I'm still holding it together.
Barely.
"Today... will be a happy day. Maybe not now, maybe not for years. But one day, we'll look back on it and laugh. I promise."
Finally, Marx's tears slow, and he cracks a smile as he gives my shoulder a squeeze.
"Promise."
Minutes later, Fuegoleon summons the Fire Spirit, Salamander, and we zoom off towards the Parliament Tower. "Look, Yami's already there!"
"What on earth is that?" I frown a bit at the sight of some large, dark structure looming by the broken wall of the tower. It looks almost like the Black Bull's base, but I can't be sure. "Come on!" Fuegoleon steers his spirit down through the caved-in wall, and I spot Yami, standing in the middle of the room, his sword poised to strike a tall, dark haired man wearing an unattractive smock. Damnatio! Yami, don't kill him!
"Flame Magic: Blazing Spear!"
Immediately, two crackling rods of fire appear in my hands, and I jump off of Salamander. With just a muted cry, I fall gracefully to the floor, just in time to block Yami's blow. With a whoosh of wind, Nozel and Fuegoleon land behind me, separating Damnatio from any danger.
"That was close... you almost made this situation much worse!" I mutter to Yami, who just rolls his eyes and sheathes this sword.
"Took you long enough."
"That's Fuegoleon and Nozel! What are they doing here? And-"
Oh, That voice. I turn to look up at the surrounding balconies, where various nobles and royals are sitting to watch the trial. Right in the biggest box is none other than King Augustus Kira the 13th, also known as the bane of my existence. He's jumped out of his seat and is glaring down at us from over the banister. "What is the meaning of this!? And what are you doing here?"
"Sorry to burst in so suddenly! We needed to set the record straight!" I call back, summoning any ounce of confidence and poise within my body. This is okay... I can do this! I have the power now... I can do anything I want! "Fuegoleon, the scroll."
Fuegoleon nods and quickly opens the paper we carried here. "By order of the Wizard King, Asta is to be turned back over to the Black Bulls, who will be tasked with researching the Devils in this world, just like the Devil who was the center of this most recent attack."
Angry and confused mutters suddenly fill the hall, and Damnatio's eyes widen a bit. "The Wizard King?"
"Where is he?! Of course Julius would pull something like this! You!" Augustus points down at me accusingly with a fat finger. "Where's your husband!"
Husband...
It occurs to me that, years ago, in this very spot, Augustus stripped me of everything I had. My honor, my title, everything...
Julius came in just in time to save me. I was ready to accept my fate, because I thought that everything was ruined.
But it wasn't.
I felt less than human on that day. I was a traitor. I was... sterile. I could never give Julius the family I wanted. But, through some cruel twist of fate...
I am human. The life inside of me proves it. And today, I stand in the same spot I stood in my darkest hour. But now...
"Julius is dead."
Now that silences everyone. Augustus's eyes widen at the response he never expected to hear. His miserable lips flap once, twice, and a third time, never managing to form words.
"Dead..." Damnatio is the one who speaks, prompting whispers all around the tower. "Then... who authorized this order?"
"I did."
I give him one last smile before looking back at the King, high above me, shock and anger starting to cloud his eyes.
"I am the 29th Wizard King!"

I'm a bit of a paranoid person so when Mari made her own blog my mind instantly went "she should hire max to make sure its protected against hackers"but then that would also make for a pretty interesting reveal situation, alya or someone from the class managed to hack it and trace it back to mari and all hell brakes loose
Yeaaaaah, though, actually—
“Thanks again for the opportunity, Ladybug!” Marinette exclaimed, staring just above an empty chair a few meters away.
She waited a few seconds, then stared at the camera and waved.
Standing up, she walked over to the camera and stopped the recording.
Turning, Marinette gave Tikki a smile. “Ready for the other side, Tikki?”
Tikki tilted her head. “I still don’t think I get it. Why would you want people to see you and Ladybug together?”
Marinette smiled. “To clear me as Ladybug, for one thing. No one’s going to suspect that we’re the same person if there’s a video of both of us.”
She paused, then added, “Plus, this could all be traced back to me anyway. I’d rather have it out now than have someone figure it out later, or it’ll just look really suspicious.”
Tikki let out a small hum, then flew over to the computer. “So
you can just put the two videos together on here?”
“That’s right,” Marinette confirmed. “And, if they don’t sync up perfectly, I can just do a little–” She waved a hand with a dramatic flourish. “–Marinette magic, so it’ll look good.”
Tikki nodded, staring thoughtfully at the screen. Then, she looked at Marinette, concerned.
Marinette blinked. “What’s wrong?”
“I’m just worried,” Tikki admitted. “What if Hawk Moth sends his victims after you?”
Marinette let out a snort, then smirked. “Let him.”
“Wh–” Tikki’s eyes were wide. “Let him?”
“That just makes my job easier,” Marinette replied, moving over to her computer chair and sitting down on it. “Thanks to LadyBugOut, I can keep track of every news channel that could possibly report when someone’s been akumatized, and I get notified of any akuma that people see. If I see something on the news or hear that there’s an akuma that I won’t be able to get to in time, all I gotta do is head home, turn into Ladybug, and wait. Hawk Moth is going to deliver his villains straight to me.”
Leaning back, Marinette titled her head towards Tikki. “Besides, even if someone might be akumatized in the bakery or at school, I know that Hawk Moth doesn’t have full control of his victims. I’m already saying in the video that me and Ladybug have a strict business relationship, so he’d know that I don’t know her identity and that using me as a bargaining chip would be just as good as using anyone else.
“If anything, me running the blog is the exact reason why they shouldn’t go after me. I’ve been learning self-defense hands-on for every bee post I’ve made and, accordingly to Ladybug–” She winked. “–I know all the secrets of akumatized objects. If I supposedly have contact with Ladybug, all I have to do is get my hands on their object and break it, then call Ladybug.”
“What if they want you to call Ladybug to bring her to them?”
Marinette pulled out her phone, showing Tikki a fake contact that was a silhouette of Ladybug. Faking an apologetic tone, Marinette said, “Oh, sorry, Hawk Moth. Looks like Ladybug’s not transformed right now. No can do.”
“And if you’re captured?”
“We have new permanent heroes now,” Marinette reminded her. “If it was just Chat, yeah, it could be a problem, but now we have three new teammates. Besides, if Hawk Moth realizes that Ladybug never actually shows up when he’s got me, he’s gonna start realizing this as a lost cause.”
With a smile, Marinette said confidently, “So Hawk Moth might even make sure that I’m left alone because, more than anything else, he wants my miraculous. If he thinks that Ladybug will stay away if Hawk Moth captures me, then I’m off the table for capture.”
“Won’t Paris think badly of Ladybug if she doesn’t show up?”
“Not with our other four heroes ready for action,” Marinette replied. “Ladybug does the planning, but what she’s known for is turning everything back to normal. By the time I’m freed, Ladybug can still swoop in and fix everything. Heck, even if I’m mind-controlled, which isn’t likely, there are four other heroes to find the akuma’s object and break it, then you can do Miraculous Ladybug yourself.”
Tikki nodded slowly, then straightened. “Wait–” She hesitated, as if trying to figure something out on her own. “What do you mean it isn’t likely?”
Kicking off the floor to give her chair a small spin, Marinette replied, “If there’s one thing I’ve learned about Hawk Moth, it’s that he either doesn’t like going through a lot of effort or doesn’t know how to use his powers properly. He’ll get tired of capturing me real quick when it doesn’t work out for him. He’s dangerous, but he’s not a genius.”
Tikki gaped, surprised to hear such a thing being said. “How do you know?”
Marinette stopped spinning, staring at Tikki and stating matter-of-factly, “No one in their right mind would akumatize a baby unless they were desperate. I bet he was either aiming for someone else or is throwing everything he can at us to see what sticks.
“That’s why he won’t make a bunch of akuma again like he did back during Heroes’ Day. He can’t keep track of everything at once. That’s why he had to be out in public; he couldn’t see what was going on otherwise.”
Tikki paused, needing to process what that meant. “So
”
“He’s running out of options,” Marinette finished. “We haven’t seen the peacock in a while, and I bet that’s for a reason. Could be whoever’s using it or it could just be Hawk Moth trying his hardest to keep it under wraps; he did seem pretty surprised before that thing showed up to let him get away.”
Tikki pursed her lips, clearly trying to think of another retort, but had nothing. “You’ve really thought this over.”
Marinette nodded. “Well, I’ve been set on the right path, y’know?”
She glanced up, thinking about everything that’d happened since she became Ladybug. “I spent so much time obsessing over Adrien that I was doing the bare minimum as a superhero. I didn’t have any plans to look for Hawk Moth and never really thought about it until we brought the grimoire to Master Fu.”
She ran a hand along her hair, then got up and pulled down her schedule. What was once a schedule of Adrien’s activities was now a plan for her activities.
“So I’ve gotta get organized. All that stuff with Adrien was draining so much of my time and I didn’t even realize it.”
She sighed, pulling the schedule down and letting it rise back up to its original place. “And for what? Nothing! I could’ve been making fashion!”
Tikki flew up to her, flashing a smile.
Marinette couldn’t help smiling back. “What is it now?”
Tikki pressed against Marinette’s cheek, giving it a gentle hug. “You were doing more than the bare minumum, even back then! I thought you were a great Ladybug!”
Marinette blushed, placing a hand behind Tikki in an attempt to hug back. “And now?”
Tikki floated away, pausing. She clearly didn’t know what would surpass “great.” She giggled, then offered, “You’re a greater Ladybug?”
Marinette chuckled. “Thanks, Tikki.”
Facing the camera, she stood proud. “Now, spots on!”
She transformed in a bright flash of light, then wandered over to the camera. She hit the record button, then walked over to the opposite seat she’d been sitting in during her last recording.
“Hey there, everyone!” she greeted the camera with a smile. “Today, I want to introduce everyone to my assistant: the creator of LadyBugOut, Marinette Dupain-Cheng!”
Marinette breathed, steeling herself up for class. Even though the general response of her reveal as “Ladybug’s assistant” was positive–most people happy that Ladybug wasn’t doing so much work on her own–she was still preparing herself for what the reaction of her classmates was. She’d never said a word this whole time, so she wondered if maybe they’d grill her for that.
Before Marinette could even make it to the window peeking into the class, she could hear yelling. It was loud, but Marinette couldn’t make it out.
As she reached the window, Marinette looked inside and noticed everyone crowded around someone. Worried that she’d need to play mediator again, she went for the door and opened it as fast as she could.
Her mouth dropped open. Standing in the middle of a good chunk of the class was Lila.
They were actually yelling at Lila. She was hunched over in her seat, looking like she wanted to crawl into a hole.
Part of Marinette was tempted to just let it play out, but she took a breath and stepped into the class.
Lila’s gaze darted up to her. Immediately, she stood, looking extremely upset (though Marinette imagined that she was faking it).
“How could you do this to me, Marinette?!”
Marinette blinked. “Do what?”
“I can’t believe you and Ladybug would try to sabotage me!” Lila said through fake tears. “After I said that Ladybug asked me to make LadyBugOut for her, you made a plan with her to make me look bad!”
Silence followed. The class was looking between Marinette and Lila.
Alya and Nino though, were pretending to be distracted by their phones. Alya had stared up very briefly to look at Marinette, but immediately went back to her phone. Adrien was sitting nearby, but seemed conflicted on intervening. Chloe and Sabrina were at their desk, looking ahead with innocence but also seeming very invested in all the shouting. The only other people who weren’t part of the crowd were Juleka and Rose, who were sitting quietly at their desk.
Marinette stared at Lila impassively. “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” she said.
Lila sank down to her desk, placing her hands to her face. “I thought you were so nice, Marinette! Why would you lie like this?”
Marinette went to interject, but Ivan cut in.
“She’s not the liar! You are!”
Lila gasped, staring up at Ivan in shock.
Ivan continued, “Marinette was never around to hear you talk about that! She always left as soon as class was over!”
It made sense that Ivan would know that, given that he sat next to Marinette in class. Lila, however, paled upon realizing that fact.
“W-wha–” she stammered. “No, that’s
 someone must have told her!”
Kim glared at her, challenging her with, “Who? None of us ever followed Marinette out. We were all here, listening to you!”
He looked over at Marinette, gaze apologetic. Marinette simply smiled, waving at him.
Lila’s gaze was darting around the various classmates, most glaring at her at this point. “Then–Kitty Section!”
Juleka and Rose glanced at each other while Ivan’s gaze didn’t waver.
“You–you must’ve told her!” Lila insisted.
Rose tilted her head, not offended but confused. “We don’t talk about you around Marinette. She asked us not to.”
Lila looked back to Marinette, who simply raised her brows.
Adrien rose from his seat, finally doing something. “N-now, hang on, everyone–”
“Luka!” Lila shouted, pointing at Juleka. She was looking desperate at this point. “Juleka must’ve told Luka, who told Marine–”
Juleka stood, knocking a book off her desk. Her gaze was piercing, and Marinette had honestly never seen Juleka so upset.
“Are you saying that my brother would do something like that?!” Juleka asked loudly.
Lila was stunned silent, everyone else immediately backing off as Juleka headed straight for her.
“N-no,” Lila said, her voice pathetically small. “I just
 thought–”
“Leave Luka out of this!” Juleka demanded. “I don’t even talk to him about you!”
Lila let out a noise like she was being strangled. Adrien went closer, looking ready to either restrain or calm Juleka, but Juleka just let out a huff and walked away, slumping back into her desk.
Rose slid over to her, gently rubbing her shoulder.
The rest of the classmates crowded back around Lila, their gazes even angrier than before as they waited for Lila to explain herself.
Lila turned, fumbling nervously with a paper on her desk as she tried to ignore everyone. Then, she perked up.
“I
I never said I made the LadyBugOut blog!” Lila pointed out. “Ladybug just asked me to!”
Standing up, Lila pushed her way through the crowd as politely as she could. She slipped in with Alya, then linked their arms together. Alya glanced over, confused.
“I didn’t want to say anything because I didn’t want to cause any drama,” Lila began, “but I actually never agreed to make that blog for Ladybug.”
Lila leaned closer to Alya, feigning sadness. “It was hard to say no to Ladybug, but I just couldn’t betray my friend like that.”
Alya looked surprised. “Really?”
“Of course!” Lila replied, staring right at Alya. “I was so worried about what Ladybug would say. She was always so jealous that you had a popular blog.”
Faking a sob, Lila continued, “I’m so sorry for lying about how good of a friend Ladybug was. She’s not as good as I said. I’d just promised to keep her reputation a secret, but I can’t lie to you guys anymore!”
Alya raised a hand, looking like she wanted to comfort Lila.
Before she could, the class started shouting again.
“Oh, save it, Lila!” Alix yelled.
Max added, “That’s a terribly specific lie! You’re picking apart simple word choices and using them as a safety net!”
Markov flew from Max’s bag, equally perturbed. “Max and I do not appreciate your lies and attempts to bury the facts!”
“Was everything else a lie too?!” Kim asked.
Nathaniel shook his head disapprovingly. “You don’t even know Ladybug, do you?”
“And you hurt Marinette just to make yourself look good!” Ivan accused, infuriated.
Marinette glanced at Adrien, feeling his eyes on hers.
Adrien immediately turned away, though she couldn’t read his expression.
Alya, meanwhile, had recoiled at everyone’s shouting, Lila still clutching her arm. Alya opened her mouth, closed it, then began to say, “Guys–”
Alix snapped her gaze to Alya. “Don’t think we’ve forgotten about you either, Alya!”
“W-what?” Alya asked. Her expression turned to offended. “What did I do?!”
“Don’t act like we’re dumb! Just because Lila’s takin’ heat here doesn’t mean we don’t remember what you tried to hide about that kiss!”
Alya made a face that implied that it was actually herself who’d forgotten it in the midst of the thorough thrashing Lila had been dealing with.
“I–” Alya stammered. One could imagine that Alya had planned a response, but had lost it in the moment.
She glanced down at Chloe, who’d played a large role in the last heated moment of the classroom, but had been completely silent in this one.
Chloe was simply sitting there, Sabrina filing at her nails. Perhaps feeling Alya’s eyes on her, Chloe looked over in Alya’s direction.
All she did was smirk at both Alya and Lila.
Alya gaped, then turned her gaze back to the rest of the class. “But–”
Nino couldn’t even get a word in. The classmates were quick to turn on Alya.
“I’m not surprised, but man, Alya!”
“I thought you really liked Ladybug?”
“Wasn’t the Ladyblog supposed to be professional? What happened to that?”
“I thought you’d be the type that hate lies! Is this some kind of ironic joke?”
“I can’t believe it! I defended you!”
“I recommended your blog to other people! What am I gonna tell them now?”
In the middle of the chaos, Alya glanced in Marinette’s direction.
Marinette said nothing, not knowing what Alya expected her to say. Was Alya really expecting her to play defense?
Marinette had no sort of protection to provide. She couldn’t play middle ground to something so obviously skewed, whether she wanted to or not.
However, instead of questioning her on that, Alya asked stiffly, loud enough to remain audible over the shouts, “Why’d you help Ladybug with her blog?”
The shouting stopped, everyone straightening before turning to Marinette.
Marinette raised a brow at Alya, as if the answer was obvious (because it was). “Ladybug needed help. How could I say no to that?”
“Lila did,” Alya replied with just a bit of disdain.
Marinette frowned. She stood strong, stating matter-of-factly, “I’m not Lila.”
She refrained from a sarcastic addition of, “Sorry to disappoint you.”
Something must’ve clicked between most of the class, because they suddenly began to look at Lila, then Marinette, then back to Lila.
Marinette didn’t understand at first, but then she realized...
They were looking at Lila like how they’d looked at Marinette, all the way back on Lila’s first day, right after Lila had tried to turn them against Marinette.
Now, they’d seen their mistake.
Without warning, just about everyone (excluding Lila, Alya, Nino, Chloe, Sabrina, and Adrien) rushed at Marinette. They shouted profuse apologies, though Marinette could hardly make any of them out when they were all being said at once.
Nonetheless, she felt appreciated, trying to reassure everyone that it was okay and she wasn’t mad.
The door creaked a bit behind her, and Miss Bustier’s voice rang out, “Is something the matter?”
The class all looked at her, then quickly dispersed and returned to their seats. Mylene, who’d been largely quiet this whole time and had a seat behind Lila, moved just slightly to be behind Alya instead. Then, obviously debating with herself, she moved back to being behind Lila.
After a moment of consideration and realizing she had nowhere else to move to, she resigned herself to sit behind neither of them, trying for somewhere in the middle.
Marinette, taking a breath after all the “excitement,” glanced down at Lila, who seemed to want to sink as low as possible into her seat. She probably had one or two back-up lies for certain situation, but to have that video sprung on her out of nowhere; she certainly hadn’t been ready for that.
Allowing herself a little time to forget her better nature, Marinette smirked at the justice Lila’d just been dealt since she’d come into class. That went far better than she’d expected.

Wow babe, bio-engineering? So, you smartsmart, huh? And you still watch Adventure Time? What do you mean, like a kid? You mean like an absolute ICON! Right? Honestly, I didn’t watch Adventure Time a lot as a kid, but I know that I went NUTS for Marshall Lee. Like absolutely INSANE. Anyway, enough about my weird childhood crushes (because I could go on for ages about that), I think you and Winwin would be amazing for each other!

— GETTING TO KNOW DONG SICHENG.
Unlike you, Sicheng isn’t someone who’d like to be the center of attention.
At a party, he’s more the type to teeter along the edge of the room, sticking close to those he’s already familiar with.
You, however, are a completely different story.
Being an ESTP, you’ve just got a natural charm which people gravitate towards.
Wherever you go, there’ll always be at least a few people surrounding you, finding themselves drawn in by your witty humour and eccentricity.
So when Sicheng first meets you, he’s quick to try and distance himself from you.
Honestly, at the beginning, he thought you were just way more than he could ever handle.
You start to gradually integrate yourself into Sicheng’s friend group.
You start to especially click with Ten, since he’s so similar to you.
Despite what Sicheng had first thought, even Kun seems to warm up to you.
He had been the most reluctant to open up to you, but you’d been persistent, whether you had realised it or not, which you probably had.
There were times where he’d be irritated by you.
But once he finally gave you a chance, just like everyone else, he was absolutely enamoured.
You just had this undeniable air about you, and Sicheng was weak against you, like a moth to a dancing flame.
He grew fonder and fonder of your personality, your wit, your personality, your vibe.
He finds you to actually be someone with depth.
You’re smart, like really smart.
He thinks it’s impressive that you know such a wide range of languages since he knows first-hand how challenging learning a foreign language is.
He didn’t think he’d fall for you.
You two are complete opposites.
You’re a free soul, unbound by traditional rules, wings spread as far as the eye can see, while Sicheng is grounded, a fish in a bucket, unable and unwilling to adventure any further than the confines of his plastic home.
He knows that he’s fallen for you.
He won’t try to convince himself he hasn’t.
But he is hesitant to tell you about it since you two are polar opposites and Sicheng feels like he’d only hold you back (aww poor baby).
At first, he thought you and Ten maybe had something, so one day he pulls Ten to the side, face tense and asks him if you two are a thing.
Ten laughs at him, saying that no, you two could never be into each other like that, you’re just too alike for that. He’ll smilefondly and tell Sicheng something along the lines of, “Go get her.”
Sicheng will confess by buying you something you’d like, (courtesy of Ten after he’d badgered him about it for ages) a resolute edge in his eyes but a shy lilt in his voice. He’ll bring you out for a picnic, basking in the sight of you enjoying the view and smiling to himself.
— DATING DONG SICHENG.
Ten is the only person who’s caught on so far (and Kun has a gut feeling) since Sicheng isn’t very obvious about his feelings towards you.
So when the two of you show up, Sicheng holding your hand in his, a timid smile playing at his lips, the rest of the members are shocked.
Actually, shocked is an understatement.
Lucas is very obnoxious about it, letting out exaggerated gasps and, “What????????”
Hendery is all smug, acting like he’s known from the very start although he had practically no idea.
Xiaojun is patting Sicheng on the back and happy that you two are together.
Yangyang is so soft for you guys, like “Aww, that’s so cute.”
Kun is just a whole ass proud dad, yet he still is a bit protective over you and warns Sicheng that if he does anything stupid, he’s gonna get it. Though, Kun knows that Sicheng could never do anything to hurt you, not on purpose anyway.
Ten’s just smirking slyly in the background, teasing Sicheng about the way he was so serious the other day.
Sicheng is just so happy you accepted and reciprocated his feelings for you.
Once you two start dating, his favouritist thing ever will be your cooking.
If you cook him a little meal, he’ll be so happy.
He’ll get that signature Winwin smile, as his eyes glimmer in pure adoration for you.
He’ll pass out if you pack him a cute little lunch/bento box for practice.
He’ll lowkey show off to his friends, but he won’t be loud about it. That’s not who he is.
He’ll just munch on what you’ve made for him, feeling his chest bubble with warmth as he imagines you over the stove, humming softly or grinning toothily as you cut his sandwich into cute shapes.
Is very much teased about it, especially when you make he food in the shape of little animals or a heart.
Makes him feel like a little kid, but also really appreciated.
He’s the type to just subconsciously be the sweetest boyfriend ever.
He doesn’t even think about it, it just happens.
When you try to steal his food, he’ll just feed you it instead.
Holds your hand as you cross the road and wipes off your makeup if you accidentally fall asleep in it.
Isn’t into PDA, he doesn’t like flaunting you too much and he’s a private person, so he prefers to be intimate behind closed doors without any prying eyes.
He doesn’t mind if you initiate contact, but he’s not shy to do it first either. He likes to kiss or nibble your ears. He thinks it’s cute when you squirm.
But it’s not like he doesn’t get shy either. If you find his sweet spot, he’ll definitely crumble and give into you easily.
Since he’s not an extroverted person, he won’t be keen on going out in a large group too often, so he doesn’t mind if you’re out with your friends for long.
He trusts you, and why should it bother him? You’re not doing anything wrong and he doesn’t want you to feel like you’re being trapped in a cage.
Which relates back to that initial fear of his that he’s holding you back.
So, make sure to reassure him that he’s not.
Thinks it’s really cool that you’re studying bio-engineering (though he doesn’t know a single thing about it).
He understands your schedule can be hectic and he respects that sometimes you need time to yourself.
Sicheng is not a clingy boyfriend. He respects your space and hopes you respect his too.
Since he’s quite active, he’s glad you are too. If you’re down, he’ll invite you to work out together.
Likes to look at you draw, though once again, he doesn’t know much about it.
Is glad that you and Ten can vibe over that since he can’t, so he likes when you invite Ten over since Sicheng can talk to him too. Overall, just glad that you get along well with his friends.
Honestly, Sicheng’s a little rigid around your friends at first, but he tries his best to warm up to them.
His favourite routine with you is watching you study or draw as you nibble on the small bowl of fresh fruits and nuts he got for you and cuddling until you two fall asleep while you watch Adventure Time together.
He will subconsciously murmur the songs :)

Chikara: Kanashimi (1/?)
Ellie wheeler's senior year turned out to be one she would never forget. Now in college, leaving behind the life she grew to love, she did anything but thrive.
If you'd like to be added to the taglist, lemme know!!
Raiting: Mature. Series will contain, violence, death, sexual situations, and bad decisions.
Tumblr media
Ellie quietly wandered the halls of Langston, head down, never noticed by anyone and she never spoke to anyone either.  It was just her and her thoughts, her roommate flaked out the first two weeks of fall semester. Not like she ever really talked to the girl. Her day consists of getting up, going to school, homework, dinner, shower, bed. Rinse, lather, repeat, Every day for 6 months.
She tried to keep her mind busy,  she never fully tuned it out. Behind all the math problems and research papers, he was always there like a cancerous tumor sucking the life out of her. she didn't hate it, it was quite the opposite really, she loved it, she needed it to get by the long days and lonely nights.
The night they finally took the brotherhood down, was one of the proudest moments she felt. They watched as Jason was hauled off in handcuffs, a tiny sliver of justice for Kaneko. She said goodbye to Toby, Ximena, even Mona, she knew they would move on from the crew. When Logan said goodbye it stung, she cared a great deal for him. He was the first guy she had ever kissed, or even had feelings for but, he wasn't Colt. From the moment they met, he drove her crazy, he annoyed her to no end and he was a complete jerk but she was drawn to him like a moth to a flame.
She had just finished submitting her final paper to her English teacher when she ran to her dorm room, grabbed her bags and headed to the airport. When she left for the summer program at Langston she told her dad she would see him at thanksgiving. She reluctantly left her car behind, a deal her father and her came to for breaks such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring break, In the summer she would drive home. It was finally Thanksgiving and she couldn't wait.  she pressed the imaginary gas pedal on the airplane floor, secretly hoping it would get her there faster.
The sound of a screaming child filled the cabin, Ellie popped her earbuds in, attempting to drown out the noise. Just a little bit longer,  almost there she kept telling herself. Once they landed, she grabbed her luggage and looked for her dad. She seen him standing in the pick up area holding one of those makeshift signs that read Wheeler. "Dad, you're such a dork." She flung her arms around him. "Yeah, the coolest dork you'll ever meet." He retorted.
They got in the car and made the drive to the house, sure she couldn't wait to be home.  She was looking forward to seeing Riya and Darius, having Thanksgiving dinner at her grandparents, but she had more pressing matters to attend to. They pulled into the driveway and Ellie ran into the house,  flinging her luggage on the bed. She had to play it carefully, not to tip her dad off as to her plans. She came down stairs and like clockwork her dad asked if she was hungry. "Sure thing dad." She smirked, knowing after he ate he would want to take a nap.
"So. Any plans with Riya? She's home from Hartfeld this week." Dad asked as he put the dishes in the sink.  "Yeah we actually made some plans to catch up. Speaking of, can I use your car to see if shes home?" Her dad reached in his pocket handing her the keys "Just be careful, I'm going to take a nap."
Ellie ran up to her room, she flung open her suitcase and changed out of her leggings and baggy t shirt into a pair of jeans and a crop top.
She ran to the car, turning the key as the engine roared to life. It wasn't her car, but it would do.
She made the drive into the city, stopping at where the sideshow was, but nothing was there. She pulled down another street and parked in front of the familiar building. Not much had been done with the burned out shell of its former self, it looked as if time stood still. It was boarded up in attempts to keep people out, she walked around the building until she found a loose board and slipped in. The inside was hardly touched, some sorting had been done, she knew Colt had come back the day he gave her the cactus. There wasn't much left of the place, some debris strewn about, some shells of cars that once sat in the bay. It was clear nobody had been here, and the realization that nobody was coming back began to set it.
She thought she needed to come here, that maybe she would find something other then the burnt remains of the place that changed her, or someone.  The tears began to sting her eyes, so many memories in such a short time. Ever since they parted ways, she felt like a part of her was missing. There was a gaping hole in her heart that ached, she grasped her chest as ler legs failed her. For 6 months she kept her phone glued to her, in hopes someone would just reach out, for 6 months she prayed that someone would come for her, that she wasn't alone, and she meant something to them.
She sat alone on the floor of Kaneko's garage in a heap of ash and soot, crying her eyes out.  They were gone, you're just a tourist ringing in her head.  She was in fact alone, they weren't  coming back for her and it was time to try and move on.
She made her way back home, covered head to toe in the black substance that stained the floors of the garage, much like the stains on her heart. After a long cry in the hot shower, Ellie pulled open her closet door and started to hang her clothes inside when she spotted something tucked away behind her prom dress. She couldn't imagine what it might be, it was larger than any of her clothes. Gripping the petal pink fabric she pulled the dress forward,  giving easier access to the mystery item. Her fingers began to tremble, her nerves on edge as she ripped the clothing hanging in front of it off the hangers and tossed them to the floor reaching her goal item.
Ellie staggered backwards, item in hand.  the backs of her knees hitting the mattress causing her to sit. She stared blankly at the jacket in front of her, Colts leather jacket. How did it get there? She didn't think it was there when she packed for Langston, but could she have missed it?
She held the soft leather to her face, the scent of his cologne putting her immediately at ease. This was all she had left of him, that and the few photos and texts she had saved in her phone. Ellie slipped the jacket on, it was over sized but she didn't care. She placed her hands in the pockets pulling it flush to her body as if it were his arms wrapped around her.  Her fingers brushed against something and she pulled it from the pocket.
She stared down at the folded piece of paper, she recognized the stationary, it was one from her desk. Unfolding it slowly, tears began to well on her eyes in anticipation. His penmanship was far better then she anticipated but she knew better then to expect to unexpected when it came to Colt Kaneko.
Ellie,
If you are reading this that means you have found my jacket in your closet. I am risking everything coming here and sneaking in.   I just needed you to have it, to have something of me with you in this cold, unforgiving world.
Im not good with words, and feelings so im going to try my best. I love you Ellie Wheeler, I probably have since the moment I laid eyes on you at the side show, only I couldn't admit it to myself then.
I know you think that I don't care but leaving you, was the hardest thing I ever had to do. I meant what I said, we will see each other again.
I watched you give your speech at graduation,  It took everything I had in me not to run out there and kiss you. I am so proud of you valedictorian. And just a little while ago when you drove away for College, I just had to see you if only at a distance. Keeping you safe will always be my priority,  and with the fbi breathing down my back, letting you go was the only way.
Live your life to the fullest Elle, don't cry for me im not worth your tears. Have fun in college, make friends, fall in love. You are amazing and you deserve to be happy. I hope that when our paths do cross again, you accomplished everything you set out to. I think your dad may be home so I have to run. Remember I will always Love you Ellie, even if I can't be with you.
Love, Colt.
She closed the letter, tears streaming down her face as she laid down on her bed. He was at her graduation, and when she left for Langston. She was hurting but she knew she had to move on, and now with his jacket she had a piece of him with her.
Two weeks went by in the blink of an eye, before she knew it she was back at Langston.  She drug her luggage down the long hall to her dorm room, she reached for her key, opening her door she walked into a different room then when she left. The opposite side of the room, once empty was decorated in pink, pink as far as the eye could see. Ellie flung her bags onto the bed, collapsing next to them when the sound of the door opening startled her. She sat up, eyes wide staring at the person in front of her. "Hey roomie!"
